Waste of Money
Our title company applied for an account with Evergreen Note Servicing and sent them a two month starting check. At the last minute, during signing, an additional fee showed up.
After we signed they were supposed to collect payments from the buyer and pay taxes, insurance, and existing mortgage.
They sat on the application and check, did nothing.
When we noticed that the mortgage payment was late we called them.
We were told it will be several days before they can do anything.
Dont waste your money.
Dont risk your credit.

My grandmother who is not tech savvy has been trying to make a payment to Evergreen Note Servicing for a week now. We have the money in the account to pay it but now it is past due since Evergreen Note Servicing will not take our payment over the phone. They are requiring her to get money orders and mail them, making her even more late on payment than she already is. She can’t even get the amount needed in one money order. Shame on Evergreen Note Servicing.
