I don’t know where to begin but it started out fine until our designer, Sarah Baynes, tried to put too much furniture into the family room even though she had come out and measured the room; so I had to get the manager involved and two chairs were removed. Then she tried to get the most expensive ottomans into the rec room when nearly identical ones were available for far less.
Upon ordering, she forgot to include two chairs in the rec room. The delivery, as noted by others, caused damage to our walls. Ethan Allen makes the delivery men pay for damages and, rather than dealing with the company directly, I had to accept a personal check from the delivery man.
Fortunately, it did not bounce. On top of all this, because the delivery was done in multiple stages, I was billed along the way but the final bill was $200 too much and it took them two months of emails and phone calls to get it right. Overall, satisfied with the furniture but may never return because of the service (or rather lack thereof) provided.
