the WORST experience I’ve ever had at Essentia Health Walk-in Care-Downtown Moorhead.

If switching insurance wasn’t such a hassle I would move everything to Sanford & choose to never support another Essentia clinic again.

There were only 2 cars in the parking lot, they were clearly not busy, yet I still waited in the lobby for an hour just to be seen.

When the doctor finally did see me, she seemed incredibly annoyed the second I mentioned that I was dehydrated & she informed me that not only do they not have the capability to run an IV, but they don’t even have the ability to run lab work.

WHAT KIND OF CLINIC CAN’T EVEN RUN LABS?! In addition to the staff being extremely unfriendly & making me feel embarrassed for even coming in, my co-pay was not refunded.

I literally just threw away over an hour of my time & $15 to be scoffed at & received no medical attention.
