Nicole Crichlow bailed on us for 4 showings today. No call, no show. We called, texted, and e-mailed multiple times and never heard back.
We had the entire afternoon booked and, with the market being what it is in Boston, we certainly wasted countless opportunities to see and sign leases for other units.
Another company happened to be showing a unit we were interested and they let us in.
The broker there informed us that he used to work with Nicole and that this is common behavior from her and we should expect this.
We will no longer be interested in retaining the services of Encore Realty moving forward seeing that this is the type of professionalism that they allow to represent them.
