Emory Alliance Credit Union

Simply Unbelievable!

This was the worst credit union experience I have ever had in my lifetime!

I spoke with the credit union representative who works with nursing loans, and my fico score was short by ten points.

Well I asked if we could take another look at my application so I could be approve for a nursing loan.

Long story short, he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, and I said forget it.

He never gave me eye to eye contact and I knew that nothing would be accomplished in that office.

Simply unbelievable!

I wish there was a negative review allowed for this account.

I wish there was a negative review allowed for this account. I tried to deposit my retirement pay out amount in my account and these jerks put an 11 day hold on the check “in case of fraud”.

The check was from the Georgia State Employee Retirement Fund and should have cleared in much less time with much less hassle.

This credit union never notifies you when there is an issue with your account even if it’s their fault.

There are many other financial institutions out there that are so much better that this excuse for a bank.

I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs.

Poor customer service, condescending and under-qualified employees, and bad business policies. Every attempt to interact with someone at this location left me feeling humiliated and angry – humiliated because the employees speak openly and rudely in front of other customers and angry because they don’t know what they’re talking about and are not willing to listen to the customer.

I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs. I can’t speak for the other locations since I gave up on Emory Alliance altogether after my experience here. I hope this helps others avoid the same waste of time and humiliation.
