The bogus “first time buyer” sends us (real estate agent) email (after their initial inquiry off the Franchised website and our reply) indicating the property parameters, husband contact info, escrow deposit funds available to close doc, and pre-qualifying letter are all in the attached pdf. (Who sends all that just to tell agent what property parameters are?) She lists her price range as $350-$450K.
Anyway, was in a hurry, not thinking, and tried to open the file. Thankfully, virus software stopped it and reported it was a trojan:
