Stay FAR FAR AWAY! Do your homework before you work with a realtor from Elite One Mortgage.
Go to California Board of Real Estate, Better Business Bureau and National Realty association.
It is unfortunate to say but we entered into a long contract with a SUB PAR realtor from this agency.
Our realtor has no ethics, communication skills or pride for her work.
We took the pictures for our home, the realtor described it in two sentences (literally, see photo).
In the first month we allegedly had an offer and after waiting three weeks a deposit never came and our realtor failed to disclose this after the first week.
For the first two and a half months, no open house was conducted.
After we tried to get out of the contract, she called an agent from another real estate company to do an open house for her, which was a bad experience in of itself.
The realtor conducted an “open house” except when we showed up, the house was locked!
WOW. We accepted an offer because of course we are in a contract and again; our realtor didn’t have our best interest.
Dates, times, documents do not match. She is doing the least amount of work for the maximum benefit.
After the offer was accepted; she went ahead and conducted an open house, how nice of her.
Ironically, the same day she conducted the open house was the same day as the home inspection.
Not once did she ever or has offered to sit down and explain. She’s too busy with excuses.
We reached out to the Business owner Maria Looney who did NOTHING BUT DISASSOCIATE HERSELF FROM HER EMPLOYEE.
The emails we sent her were forwarded to her employee.
Way to go! Check all websites such as the California Bureau of Real Estate, Better Business Bureau and National Association of Realtors! Do not be a statistic!
I forgot to say, the website on the business card is not even a working website!
