On July 19th 2016, two shirts were ordered by me from a reputed local company named as Elektrek Clothing. After one month, I got worried, as I was not delivered with the shirts I have ordered for. When I used to buy clothing from Montreal, they used to deliver the same within two days or so.
Finally, I decided contacting them via their email given on the website. There was no reply. So, I moved for their company’s Facebook page. I mentioned them about the situation. After couple of days, I got a reply where it was mentioned that they were assessing the issue. And after that no reply.
When again I contacted them, they mentioned me that the package was sent by the girl who was in charge but with a wrong shipping company. So, they lost that shipment as well. That girl promised to send me a new pack and mentioned me to get the deliver by 26th Aug.
On 29th Aug and 7th Sep, I again got worried about the non-delivery of my ordered clothing. So, I contacted them again to know the exact situation. I asked them about the shipment and where it was. They have never sent me the newly generated tracking number.
Now it’s the 15th Sep, and I have tried to contact them several times. I mentioned then that I am yet to get the delivery of my order and for which I have already paid the amount. I did this on Facebook so I got the confirmation that they viewed my message. However, they have never answered back me. I decided to contact the owner or the founder of the company. She is not even answering me.
I have already paid more than fifty Canadian dollars for just two shirts. And I cannot wait long to receive them. The worst side is that I have yet to receive them. As they have constantly ignored my message, I asked them for the refund.
