Totally Unresponsive
I rented an apartment and used Elegran Real Estate. This process was painful, and every brokerage does a horrible job.
Elegran eventually got me an apartment, but other than the showing I ended up doing their job for them.
The broker I had was incompetent and lazy. She lost me my first choice after promising it was mine.
The reason we lost it was because she failed to do her job, and never called the owner even though I was calling and texting her constantly to do so.
I suggest not using a broker, but if you do Elegran is a horrible choice.
They don’t deserve a penny of the brokers fee I was forced to pay them, they didn’t do their job, and they were totally unresponsive when they should have been agressive.
I hear many complaints about how agressive brokers are, but at least agressive towards you translates to agressive towards the owner.
Don’t bother going to Elegran, just go look on your own because that’s basically what they’ll make you do.
