Dwell Realty
Poor ExperienceWORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If negative stars were possible, they would get and totally deserve them.
Called on an open rental property and got voice mail. Got a call back in the two-three minutes I was away from my phone–doesn’t it always work that way? Called immediately back and got voice mail again.
Made numerous calls to the guy (was two months ago–don’t remember his name), and NO answer ever.
Finally found the main phone number for the main office and the lady who answered, gave us another realtor’s phone number (I think it was Nick).
He returned the call and was very nice about explaining that it wasn’t his property and unfortunately could not even open the file to help us more.
Being new in town, we were at last able to locate the office on Martin Luther King and the lady answering the phones was the only one there.
She explained that she was new and the person who actually knew what they were doing (REALLY?!) had quit about a week ago and she was struggling to figure things out on her own.
She was less than useful with our request to even reach the guy whose property it was–she kept trying to push us off on Nick or someone else.
We kept looking for a place to live and were in no way helped by Dwell to even find out if that place was rented or still available!
**No one EVER called back, save that Nick guy, and he could not even help us with anything.
I will go out of my way to mention this poor experience and request no one ever ‘do business’ with this company.

Do not ever consider these people for property management.
I had a contract with Dwell to oversee and manage a rental. They are totally inept. When their financial computer system was hacked I was told the FBI was involved. When I asked for the phone number of the FBI contact and case number, they cancelled the Management Agreement.
Chris’s Guinn uses his buddies for repair services that are outrageously overpriced. Do not ever consider these people for property management.
