Extremely Disappointed
My mother has a history of heart diseases and was stented twice in the past 10 years.
On Saturday night, she had chest pain similar to her previous symptoms which led to her stenting of her heart.
She was admitted and seen in ER by her ER doctor. Subsequently, she needed to be admitted for further tests.
During her 72 hrs stay, Dr. Yarlagadda Padma and her partner Dr Patel, Kajal were assigned to take care of her but they never bothered to visit nor examine her.
Only my mom’s cardiologist took care of my mom because I personally contacted and requested him.
At multiple times, my mom had chest pain and nausea/vomiting, Dr Yarlagadda/Patel were very slow and returning pages by my mom nurse request for pain and nausea meds.
I had to text my mom’s cardiologist to get the order in. Dr Yarlagadda/Patel are well-known to me since I have worked with them for many years.
I knew that they are not the sharpest physicians but I am extremely disappointed by their lack of moral, compassion and care for their patients.
If you happened to be assigned these two “doctors.” I highly recommend you to ask for somebody else if you care for your life.
