So came here for a consultation for braces, now mind you i already have braces that i pay alot of money for monthly. Let me start by saying the front office staff and theresa where awesome the office was very pretty, Dr Woolaver Clearsmiles himself… wasnt to impressed with his customer service. He tried too hard to be hyperactive and goofy to try to show hes cool but theres a difference between acting and who you really are on the inside.
Anyways, He looked at my pictures of my teeth and right away asked me what im looking to have done “i dont want you to have expectations if we cant fullfill them” im sure hes unaware but statements like that can make patients feel unwanted. Anyways, I told him about a space i hv at the bottom of my teeth i want closed he told me if he did that id have a worst overbite then i do now or i can take two teeth out at top and my teeth at top will push forward aligning everything he told me, i said what do you suggest he told me he didnt kno i said maybe ill close teeth at the bottom and accept the gap he said good idea then left.
Theresa was the one who came in and gave me the best advice and said removing the 2 teeth will be best because its like my money is going out the door to have a bigger gap what was the point of paying for braces all this time and she was absolutely right. Theresa should actually be the ortho to me anyways. Needless to say ill be seeking out another ortho just because dr woolavers customer service wasnt up to par. Just sad The place is close to my house and I was willing to pay the start up fees that day. Guess I’ll seek somebody else out.
