Dr. Viltuznik Janja is awesome, but the front staff, especially Marina are horrible.
Marina needs to work as an accountant where she doesn’t interact with people, she has no empathy, she cuts you off when you’re speaking and doesn’t have the skills to work the front desk.
Dr V should be horrified that she is the first person that her patients come into contact with.
If it wasn’t for the doctor being so wonderful I would switch.I cringe every time she answers the phone.
Either train your front staff to be more empathetic and have better customer service skills or get new staff to deal with people.
