Such a shame!
I have had type 1 diabetes for 24 years. Throughout that time I’ve had many endocrinologists. Unfortunately, I went Dr.Thrasher James R MD.
Dr.Thrasher James R MD didn’t look at my chart and tried hard to sell me on new medical devices.
It was very clear he took money from Medtronic and he wanted to make a buck off of me.
My insurance didn’t approve a new pump because my warranty was still in place.
Of course I never heard from the doctors office about the denial.
I had to call the device company three times to find out what was going on.
His nurse tried to fight me tooth and nail about how much I was testing in a day for prescriptions.
I had to get in touch with another endocrinologist to get the amount I needed.
Before seeing this doctor I dropped my A1C from an 8.3 to a 7.2 from January to April.
The doctor never looked at my chart and said my glucose was out of control.
He didn’t comment about my positive trend.
