I have been a patient of Dr. Suri Anuradha at DaVita Palm Bluff for a year. I have endured bullying and threat by staff, Porsha, Randy & Damon.
I have been told that they can remove the person from my emergency file. They cover up stolen medication. They over bill Medi-Care and Medical.
