I am a regular customer and have ordered plenty of times with Dr. Stephen Sinatra’s online website. Dr Sinatra’s products are pathetic and are not at all useful. The online system that he has put in place for his customers makes it all waste.

There have been numerous incidents when I was put through a lot of hassle for cancelling and reordering because of the wrong shipments and unscheduled delivery. I am here to alert you guys of the improper handling of shipments and orders and selling the products that have no benefit.

Not only this, his support system also fails in meeting the customer’s queries. You can trust him for making one or the other mistake while sending your order. And it takes them a hell lot of days to correct their mistakes. Sometimes, you will have to follow up with them for months.

I have been tackling the issues patiently. But, the last time, they auto shipped the product and deducted the amount from the bank that had no balance. This auto ship was done without any notice. I ended up having an overdraw with the bank.

I tried contacting them for the same problem and it took me lot of time to get through the recorded message. I was in the queue and it seemed never ending. I was about to disconnect that a live person spoke from the other end. I had to take leave from my work to sort this thing out. That customer service guy was sorry for the problem but that was not at all helpful. He informed me about the problem with the auto ship email notification that started the last week and I was a part of that.

Hence, I asked him to connect me to someone who was in control of the matter. He asked me to hold and while I was waiting to be connected to the manager, the line got disconnected. It was frustrating to wait as they did not return a call. I called them back and again I had to go through a long queue.

I got another agent whom I had to explain everything in detail from scratch. This agent was better listener at least. He connected me to someone who offered me 50% refund of the amount. He asked me to ship back the product after it reached me. That was not at all a concession that I was expecting from them.

They did not inform me about the shipping and withdrew the amount from my account. Later, they asked me to return the package which was totally inconvenient. And after an overdraw, I was offered 50% of the amount. I did resist and asked for a better offer but they refused to make a better deal. Hence, I accepted that offer. After all the following up with the agent, I tried to check the inbox, spam and every corner of my mail box. But, I got nothing. I never received any email. They would have given me a complete refund but they were not ready for that.

I was going through a bad health and severe flu. I knew that I will have to wait for the package to arrive and the refund was not possible until they received the package back at their store. But, there was no other option. I did as they said. I shipped the package back and waited for the refund that took ages to credit in my account. For the refund as well, I had to make several follow ups. This all happened when I was not in a good condition and was suffering from flu that was adamant on leaving.

If this would have been the first time, I would have given them the benefit of doubt. However, I had reported the problem with the auto ship before as well and they assured me for re checking their system in place. But, every time, I had to go through calls and follow ups for correcting the order details. I am disappointed and have decided to cancel all the subscription with this company. I am unhappy as I will not be using the product that I liked and all because of their irresponsible behavior towards their customer’s orders.

Despite of several tries and making numerous complaints about the auto ship, they still carry the same issue which clearly shows how much they are concerned with their responsibility. They only focus on selling and once the money hits their account, the shipping does not get the attention that it needs.

I would suggest everyone to stay away from Dr. Stephen’s online store. It is better to find a product that can be useful and can meet the standards. There are brands which provide great shipment and customer service. So, find the right option and save your time and money on such a useless product.
