Dr. Savur Sheila

The wait time with Dr. Savur Sheila is always 1 hour. Her assistant (Poonam) always makes up an excuse for her delay .

The office never returns phone calls – they’ll let you know they’ll call you by the end of the day, but no one will call.

Following up for a simple prescription takes several phone calls and reminders from both the pharmacy and the patient.

I’m so done with her inefficiency, that I’m going to look for another doctor. I’m surprised the medical group still has her on their payroll!
