A most unpleasant and unprofessional experience. Brackets that fell off, extreme difficulty in getting an emergency appointment, inept staff (except for Billing staff, of course), poor communication skills, poor technical skills, and a poor result. Dr. Lee messed up a tooth and then told me that it needed a root canal, claiming that his own incompetence had not caused the problem (and extreme pain). A second opinion confirmed that Dr. Lee was the problem who had messed up, and that a root canal was not indicated at all. The only thing needed was a competent orthodontist. Thank goodness I did not follow Dr. Lee’s recommendation, throwing good money after bad, and destroying a healthy tooth with an expensive and unnecessary root canal. Run! Before the Billing staff gets close to your checkbook!
