Horrible receptionist or whatever you want to call the snotty lady on the phone who kept me on hold for 4 minutes only to return with a full on attitude and no help at all.
What is this? velvet-rope only medical services? Dr. Robert Norman may supposedly be taking new patients but has no availability until December.
And apparently NO other doctors have ANY availability for new patients at this Family Medicine of San Jose (FMASJ).
So do NOT even bother. And apparently you can’t see a nurse practitioner as a new patient even though Harry B.’s review sounds like that is not true either.
And the old lady on the phone called me “Hun” in that sarcastic and condescending way.
What a disappointing “practice.” So much for being “referred” to go here.
