Dr. Quach Hung MD

Dr. Quach Hong is very unprofessional and slow. It takes forever to do anything.

I wait for 40 minutes in the waiting area while he plays his Vietnamese music and hums along.

Because there is almost always one patient with me, I don’t know what takes him forever.

It shouldn’t take so long for one patient, I think. Finally, I am called into the exam room.

I must wait another 30 minutes before he disappears.

I don’t hear any activity in the other room, so he can’t be helping the other patient.

What in the world consumes his time? He does ask simple questions about my illness when he finally gets into his office.

The classic “Have you been coughing?” How long? These questions are not very detailed, so how can I trust that he will be able to find a treatment for my very vague symptoms? It took him forever even to list my symptoms.

He opens his office ally website and closes it.

It took him at least 20 minutes to open and close blank tabs to get back on the right track.

This slow and terrible doctor is making me mad. This place has one good thing: the receptionist.

She is lovely and makes waiting more bearable by making small talk.
