I visited Dr. Peter Mikhail’s office two months ago because my eye was red and irritated.
I was the first person there when the door opened and was in and out within 5 minutes.
He shined a flash light in my eye and said that I could get drops at CVS “if I wanted”.
Perplexed I asked what he meant, and he said that it may go away on its own, but he isn’t the type of doctor to force antibiotics or prescriptions on people.
Hmmmm, isn’t that exactly what a doctor should do? Regardless I went to CVS and grabbed the drops.
A month later was stuck with a $350 bill for the 5 minute visit where he provided zero guidance.
I could have received better care on a forum on a webMD style site.
I sent a personal letter to him and have not gotten any response. I doubt I ever will.
