No. Just no. Upon my first visit Dr. Michael Rosenfield proudly told me that he background checks all of his patients.
Why? I was made to feel uncomfortable and that I was in more of a legal deposition than in a doctor’s office.
There are many other qualified physicians in this practice.
His ego is healthy to the point where I was concerned it might burst through the brick walls.
I googled him to find whether this was a singular experience, and found that he recently moved from a Seattle practice, basically abandoning all of his patients with virtually no notice.
When my appointment was over and I was waiting for a ride home, he happened to come outside and smile at me.
Normally I would consider this a friendly gesture, but in this case it meant that I was a worthy opponent in his game of mental chess.
Not what I am looking for in a physician.
If you like feeling like you are back on the debate team again, see him, otherwise, avoid this one.
