Dr. Melnyk Oksana billed for a flu shot which was never ordered.

She diagnosed me with hep C and memory loss.

I have neither. This doctor treated me like I was in there drug seeking.

Once I get the $125 back they “forgot” to pay me back, I will be reporting her for fraudulent charges and diagnosis.
