The Staff Was So Rude
I called to make an appointment with Dr. Madireddy Nagaratnamma.
The receptionist was so incredibly rude to me.
She ended up hanging up on me when I was thanking her for the information.
I never got a chance to meet the doctor.
I wouldn’t recommend this place since most of the time you deal with the staff not the doctor and the staff was so rude.

All I am concerned about is that the doctor is a good one and is available when needed.
although the office waiting room is small and gets a little crowded, the wait is not too terribly long. There is a tv that has children’s programs on for the children to watch. I take things with me to help entertain my granddaughter while waiting. The location of the office is in a nice area as well. The staff is not overly friendly but they are very pleasant and professional. They are not there to win a congeniality contest, they are there to take care of your child’s needs.
All I am concerned about is that the doctor is a good one and is available when needed. She always takes time to answer all my questions and concerns. If you need your child to be seen and you don’t have an appointment, they take walk-ins, which is very rare. I am very happy with the experiences I have had with the staff and Doctor each time I have been there.
