This review has nothing to do with Dr. Kratzer James, only with the staff. When I made my appointment, the receptionist asked for my name, address, and insurance information.
I assumed that was so they could send new patient paperwork, but I never received it.
I confirmed their office took my insurance and scheduled the appointment.
Usually when entering a business, clients are greeted by the receptionist with a smile and a friendly voice, but that wasn’t my experience.
I was given paperwork to complete and returned it to the receptionist along with my insurance card.
She waited a few minutes before telling me they do not accept my insurance.
My husband, who took time off work to meet me at the appointment, was understandably frustrated.
I informed the receptionist I previously confirmed they did take my insurance.
She said nothing to us, just handed me back my card.
An apology would have been nice, but not wasting our time would have been great.
