Dr Kathleen M. Welsh MD
Unprofessional patronizingDr Kathleen was extremely unprofessional, patronizing, and did nothing to treat my conditions. She literally laughed at me for having adult acne, called me a “teenager.” Just think about that for a moment–she is a DERMATOLOGIST. On my second visit, I told her the cream she sold me did not work and made my skin more irritated; she just pushed it on me again. Her assistant Angela was extremely rude and actually screamed at me for daring to ask another question after they rushed me out. I guess if you just want to drop money on Botox and fillers, she’s your gal, but she has no business presenting herself as a physician who can treat skin conditions with skill and compassion. If you’re a person struggling with acne, rosacea, melasma, hyperpigmentation, or other difficult skin conditions, stay away from these greedy, callous souls. Really ugly behavior. I regret giving Welsh any money. The only person who acted politely and professionally in that office was the receptionist, Rachel. And guess what, “Dr.” Welsh? My skin problems eventually went away with nutrition and herbs, not the products you kept trying to sell me, you smug, ignorant huckster.
Both the doctors at this practice are not very knowledgeable about injectables that are in any way tricky.
Both the doctors at this practice are not very knowledgeable about injectables that are in any way tricky. One of the doctors misled me about the importance of a particularly expensive injectable.
I had to leave their practice and have another more sophisticated doctor melt a lot of the fill that was injected.
Sadly, I would not recommend seeing either of these doctors for this type of cosmetic procedure.
An update: just had a knowledgeable doctor use the correct fill, tools, and know how …..my face looks smooth and I really regret spending time with these two doctors. What a waste of both time and money.
