I was on hold for 20 minutes and then decided to hangup, I have been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Kathleen Boos for two weeks, with no hope of anyone answering the phone, I was finally able to get thought the phone line to find out that Dr. Boos is no longer taking new patience, although my insurance has her as my primary physician.
They pushed me to make an appointment with another doctor, and Now I have to wait a full month to see a doctor I did not initially choose to be my PCP.
I had to call my insurance and assign a new doctor as my PCP. complete disappointment!
