I am unbelievably unsatisfied with the customer service at Dr. Kathleen Behr’s practice.

I had Jayce and Sabrina work on me for two separate occasions, and they both spoke to me in an unprofessional manner.

They are all in it for the money and have zero respect for the benefit of their patients.

Every time I have stepped foot into the practice all the women are stuck up.

There is new staff every time I go in.

For the prices I’ve paid, I would definitely recommend another dermatologist in the area.

    Why do I fill out paperwork when she doesn’t use it or look at it? Why would she continue to use the cell phone when there is no answer? Why not use the other phone number I gave her?

    I was told by the Consultant I needed to come back the next day after my appointment to have someone look at my procedure. Then that person told me I needed to make yet another appointment – again wrong information. I couldn’t believe I was told another contradiction yet again. On the instructions it says to purchase from the office or get a prescription for Biafine.

    Since I didn’t catch that detail, no one in the office that saw me made sure I had Biafine. I called on Friday, left a message, my call was returned and was told that she would call it into my pharmacy. On Saturday I called the pharmacy and no one called from Dr Behr’s office for prescription. So, now I’m on the 4th day without this prescription.

    I am totally frustrated with Dr Behr’s office. I called the office and asked what I owed, I was given the wrong information. I called the Laser Consultant to get that information and was told on Tuesday I would receive the pre-op instructions, all the information I needed. I didn’t receive until the next Monday my instructions, 2 days before my procedureFriday.

    Two days before the appointment! I received the appointment verification email, though! Obviously that was the most important. I had contacted the Consultant many times without a response. She told me she was calling my cell phone and apparently there was no voicemail. I completed paperwork for her with my home phone and my address.
