I have been to Dr. Kasra Rastani many times. His office has always been presentable, professional, and under control.
I have referred my friends, colleagues, and family members to this doctor for those reasons.
While I am a “regular,” I felt reluctant to write this review.
However, in speaking to other “regulars,” we agreed that the service has changed for the worse.
My last visit a month ago left me utterly disappointed. I felt like I walked into a brand new environment- the “flow” was way off.
He had hired a new person to do hearing exams and this lady seemed flusterred and out of place (that’s an understatement).
In the past, I only waited several minutes for my turn, this time, i waited over haif an hour just to have my hearing re-examined.
There were also other people waiting with me. By the time the lady was ready to see me, she failed to apologize for the wait or even presented a friendly smile and took what seemed like an eternity to pull my records up.
Since I’m a regular, I noticed she did many things differently. She was the opposite of her predecessors who were knowledgeable and experienced.
I was frustrated at the process not to mention the helplessness of being very late to a crucial meeting.
I have now switched to another ENT who has more experienced staffing to keep the “flow” of a busy office running smoothly.
