Dr. Jafar Tay
Staff Is HorribleMy dad is a dialysis patient requiring to get permanent dialysis access in his arm. The procedure itself is nerve racking especially when dealing with someone’s life.
My dad depends on the dialysis access to live, so it’s very important that we get the right information.
We were referred to Dr Tay and although he was a pleasant man when we went to the first appointment his staff is horrible.
I had to call and let them know that we had been referred, they said they would give me a call back and never did.
Scheduling an appointment was like pulling teeth, they had no availability and were rude about it.
We still decided to go in because my dad needs the procedure. When we arrived the service in person was just as bad as over the phone.
They don’t greet customers and have no customer service skills.
We had so many questions about the procedure and they just seemed not to care. Extremely unprofessional.
They made us schedule 3 different appointments according to them because Medicare is his primary insurance however my dad also have private insurance.
Overall the customer service is horrible and the attention to patients sucks!
No matter what line of business, customer service is extremely important none the less in the medical field.
