Dr. Hein Stacey

I am not a patient – I was trying to talk to someone in the office about switching over to Dr. Stacey Hein as my doctor.

I called on a Friday, could not reach a live person, so I left a voicemail. No call back. i called Monday and left a message. No call back.

I called Tuesday and left a message. No call back. I called on Wednesday and selected the numbers to a different department, thinking that department would answer, and I was correct.

I reached a live person who was very short with me, asking me what I needed.

I explained that I was looking for a new doctor and she asked me in a short tone “oh, so you want to make an appointment?” and i explained that I wanted to talk to someone about new patient forms, etc.

Needless to say, I decided this would not be the right doctor’s office for me – if I were sick, I would want to either talk to a live person, or have someone call me back. I will continue on with my search.
