I called Dr. Gustin M Ho’s office and encountered the rudest/laziest receptionist.
I asked her if they accepted TriCare in which she told me she didn’t know.
She said the billing admin. would be in tomorrow and why don’t I call back then.
I asked if she could take down my number and follow up with me and she refused.
I asked to talk to the supervisor who defended the receptionst by saying that it’s not their practice to call back non-patients.
And though they are accepting new patients, they’re also really busy.
Implying that they obviously treat their current patients poorly.
Neither she nor the receptionist could pronounce TriCare properly.
Thanks to Dr. Ho’s staff and his “practices,” he’s lost the potential for new clients.
And it definitely seemed like they didn’t even want anyone’s business.
I found a doctor the next call I made and it was painless, they got my info and called my insurance co. to verify my acceptance FOR me.
