Dr. Fred Naraghi

The Clinic And The Waiting Is Pretty Bad

Even though Dr. Fred Naraghi is very professional, the clinic and the waiting is pretty bad.

I went there twice, and both times I’ve waited there for an hour an a half, sitting down in a hot waiting room, which by the way makes my back worse.

For some reason it’s ok for them to charge $50 no show for same day cancellations, but they can waste your time at no cost.

On top of that, they ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.

  1. Dr. Naraghi is a very good surgeon.

Dr. Naraghi is a very good surgeon. I had a very bad back problem and he help me to feel better. His surgery went very well. I can walk now unlike before. He is a very kind doctor , compassionate and easy to talk to. I highly recommend him.

  2. Seriously looking for a better doctor to help me.

I haver had long term back issues since 1989. While the initial 2 visits were very good and informational I was displeased when i FINALLY was able to manage my pain. Thjen when I needed the prescription refilled, I was denied and have been in agony for the last several weeks. Seriously looking for a better doctor to help me.

  3. Total waste of time.

I brought an x-ray with me to the Drs office so he could start an evaluation right away, after he did he recommended that I also get an MRI. Which I did, I have severe lower lumbar pain now for months. I explained this, Naraghi gave me a complete diagnosis and suggested Physical Therapy also gave me the order for PT and for the next three weeks I tried calling his office to see why I hadn’t gotten the authorization for PT yet.

No one ever answered my calls so I went in there to find out myself. What happened then was one of the most bizarre situations I’ve ever had with a Physician. Instead of explaining why the authorization was never requested or why they didn’t get it for me, he starting looking at the x-ray and MRI again and completely contradicted his prior diagnosis.

He said he was reviewing my case thoroughly. I was under the impression he had done that twice already and gave me the same diagnosis 2x before changing it all.

I specifically asked early on if it was a disc problem and he had said ” no your discs look fine” The last time I went he said I absolutely have a disc issue. He sounded so unbelievable as a Dr. It was almost laughable. I left there never wanting to go back. Total waste of time.
