Dr. Dhillon Ujagger MD
The Service I was initially satisfied with the service, but it became difficult to get back the office staff and the back office staff to do their jobs.
I have never felt so confident in a doctor’s office.
When I asked for my usual prescriptions to be refilled after a re-visit, they told me, “just have the pharmacist contact us, and we will provide it.”
Never happened. I was without my medication for a few more days before someone finally responded to Walgreens’ many requests.
It happened again, and I couldn’t believe their lack of care.
I need these meds to prevent me from getting ill and ending up in the hospital. Walgreen took over a week for them to respond to my requests for refills.
My last thyroidectomy was the reason. My husband called them to inquire about the refills. They said they could not talk about my medical problems. For the love of God, I couldn’t speak.
After a week of me calling my husband every day, threatening to go down there, and making a scene, they agreed to the refill.
I take regular pills every day and have never been followed upon.
They are the most unprofessional office I have ever visited. I have been going to GI doctors for nearly 20 years and never experienced such poor professionalism in a medical care office.
NO COMPASSION. It was almost as if I was bailing them, and they didn’t have the time to deal with me. OOH! BUT, THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE PAYMENTS & MY CO-PAYS.
DR. DHILLON is a good doctor, but he doesn’t know how horrible his front and back-office staff behave or care… Either way, it’s on him to fix it! I’M HAPPY NOT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO TO THEM UNTIL YOU WANT TO BE FRUSTRATED OR IGNORED IF YOU NEED THEIR HELP.
SO THE AGGRAVATION IS NOT VALUED IF YOU ARE ILL.
Oh, and I also called once and left a message in the middle of the day (I think it was during their lunch break), telling them I was in pain and wanted to be contacted again.
I never received a return call. Nice huh?
