It’s been a year and I still feel my eyes numb while writing about this incidence. I had problems with my teeth and Dr. Arthur Glosman was the closest dentist from my place of residence. I am a busy lady and work for 10 hours on weekdays. I also sometimes, work on weekends.
However, when my teeth started giving me pain, I consulted Dr. Arthur and asked him to get me new porcelain veneers. He said that I needed to pay $30,000 in advance before starting the procedure. Without asking for much, I made the payment right away. He called me the next day.
There were few appointments before he got me those veneers. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked to see the results. They were all grey. When I asked Dr. Arthur about the grey shade, he told me that it would wash away in a couple of days.
So, I left his clinic and waited for few days. In addition, I started having pain in my teeth. The pain was so severe that I was not able to eat any hard food. I had to depend on soft food. I felt I am a baby again.
On top of all this, I lost 15 pounds. I even had trouble with keeping those veneers stuck in. They kept falling and were highly uncomfortable. I still waited before calling him back.
I called him after a week. He asked me to meet him for the checkup. I reached his clinic. The grey shades were still there, and the pain was prominent. I was having trouble speaking.
He checked my teeth and suggested that he would need another $40,000 to correct those problems. Can you believe what I just said? This guy ruins my teeth and then asked me more money to redo what he did.
He also asked me to sign a paper that was a declaration that I would not do anything legally against him and he would take care of my teeth for a lifetime. I was not going to put my precious teeth in his hands for getting that one mistake corrected.
I denied and left his office. If I have to pay, I will pay to someone I could trust. I had to see another doctor and he also confirmed that the work done on my teeth was disastrous. I paid not even half of the amount I paid to dr Arthur.
I am trying to reach those who have been scammed by Dr. Arthur and will file the lawsuit as soon as I find more people. As of now, there are 6 more cases that I have found who had the same treatment by dr. Arthur. Few more were there but they had signed the declaration, so cannot reach out to the law.
Those who went through the correction procedure, also never got what they should have. I took the right decision and wish that I had known about his incompetency earlier. He is a scammer, not a doctor.
