Do Hard Money
Worst Of EnemiesI wouldn’t recommend this lending scam to my worst of enemies. They should change the name to “Dont Do Hard Money “.
I was told to pay a $1600 fee prior to viewing my property which was located in Chicago Illinois.
The lender/agent lady I spoke to name was Sonja Johnson. She told me if they didn’t fund my property I wold get a refund.
After my $1600 donation she googled the property & said that they couldn’t fund it because of vacant lots near the property , Schools in the area & a bunch of other haberdashery.
I asked for my money back & thats w hv en I knew I was scammed call after call being given the run around.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau(also a scam), Thats when I received a call, but no solutions.
If you’re in need of hard money lending ask someone who has used the company in question.
Preferably a lender in the area where you plan on purchasing the property.
I had the same property funded by a local hard money lender that a friend recommended.
I purchased the property for $180k put 100k into & it appraised for $375k.
Complete Rip Off - King of the Scam
Don’t fall for it guys. These guys are pro scammers. Go look at their BBB complaints. They will scam you out of $3k right out of the gate. RUN don’t use them. They took my 3k which was supposed to be refundable for 3 days I didn’t get to speak to a loan officer til day 4. On day 4 it was clear what a massive scam this was. I requested a refund to no avail. Complete and total scammers. Their fees are the highest I have EVER EVER seen.

Read all one star reviews first!
Read all one star reviews first! All 5 star reviews seem fake, they only say they recieved good info. Only 5% of the deals company wide pan out, then they take most of your profits. The scam is to get your $3000, then they don’t approve a house.
Even an employee reviewed this company as one star and exposed the company and Ryan as a scam on google reviews. Don’t fall for the companies that have to push ads,
they pay good money to be in fb and top of the list in Google, not a good sign! do your research! And save your money. Most legit company’s want you to pay 10-20% so you have vested interests.
