Was looking into purchasing a home and was referred to Joel T. Thought everything was on track but realized in the end he had lied numerous times about documents ordered.
This caused me to loose $1400 for various fees that I paid because I believed Joel.
Almost caused me to loose much more money but I trusted my gut instinct with this guy and did not release any more money.
Ultimately causing me too loose the home due to his inability to close the loan.
The worst experience I’ve ever had buying a home and I own three. Do not go to this company.
