Joining Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics was the worst decision of my life. I have worked with many companies, but no one had the dare to scam customers on such a huge scale. All this was done to earn money with the wrong means to satisfy their unreasonable lifestyle demands.

The company’s owner, Matthew Lamz with his two thug friends, Travis Dubose and thugs Thomas Schustereit, are not to be trusted at any cost. While they not only engage in scamming customers, they will take away your insurance money and would use low-cost products instead of the ones that you paid for.

When I was working with their team, I was instructed not to interfere in whatever the management was deciding or doing. My job was to convey things to the workers and keep track of the work completed.

However, slowly I started understanding the nature of their work and their attitude was never professional, neither with the customers nor with the employees. There were always talks about their scam in the office premise as well.

At first, I thought that those were just gossips, but later, I realized that they were actually utilizing their company to fraud people and customers. I even tried to be friends with one of the employees who was there with the company from start and knew almost everything that was happening inside the company.

When I got to know the truth behind their innocent faces, I decided to talk to the owner. It went the way I never expected. The guy was polite and nodded for everything I said. He assured me that those were only rumors and I should concentrate on my job responsibilities rather than engaging myself in those chit chats.

I doubted my reasoning for few seconds. However, I knew that the rumors only occur when there is something going weird. I did not say much as I knew it would not help at all. I left and thought of quitting the next day.

After I returned to my workstation, I was given a letter. When I opened it, I was shocked to see that they had sent me the resignation letter and had asked me to clear my desk right away. I was using my personal laptop at my office.

They even sieged it. They said that they would ask me to come and collect after formatting it. However, that also never happened. I was not given any warning and was thrown out of the office.

The letter read that I was incompetent and was engaged in sharing work details with the competitors. It also said that the concern was not very huge, and they were leaving me by not making any legal complaint.

Before leaving, the owner called me and said that if I wanted to stay away from legal proceedings, I should stay away from their work.

I had nothing to say. They never returned my laptop. I was scammed and my salary for that month was never paid as well. Never work in this company, filled with scumbags.
