DHA Financial

They Are Giving out False Information.

DO NOT go to DHA Financial . Like the other reviews, the customer service is great until you start sending them required documentation.

After I sent all my personal information to this company I did not hear a single word from them.

They have zero knowledge about VA loans. As a Veteran, I urge my fellow Veterans to not waste your time. Looking for a good company? Try Veteran Home Loans. Thanks.

**UPDATE

Thanks for the comment back 5 months later, case and point your lack of communication.

My loan was not complete because your employee chose to not respond back to my emails or phone calls after I gave him ALL of my personal information.

You need to retrain some of your employees on the VA loan as they are giving out false information.

For example, you CAN NOT account your GI Bill BAH into your yearly salary as I was told by your employee.

So I say again, please read everyone’s reviews. Thanks.

  1. We still haven't received our earnest money.....

Worst lenders ever! They will try and take your earnest money! Becareful of this lender…. We gave them our earnest money on May 31st…June went by with a lot of last minute paper work wanting it after 4 or 5 pm when businesses were closing…July came around with still last minute paper work, no specific closing date, more like I will let you know…

which never came. End of July we learned we never had a loan to begin with and when we asked for our earnest money back, we were told we lost it for missing our closing date on July 7th which we never got a phone call for. How could we miss a closing date for a loan we never had?! Our realtor told us the lender lost it due to not meeting the “loan commitment deadline.” We still haven’t received our earnest money…..
