Terrible,Terrible and Terrible. If you are trying to get any loan from Dexsta Federal Credit Union, PLEASE STAY AWAY. I am doing you a favour.

1) They charge “small fee” of $5 every time you try to make online payment (Small fee..? really?)

2) Their customer service is AWFUL. If you try to get something resolved, just give up. They won’t help you or even apologize to you.

3) If you try to complain about anything, they won’t take you seriously. All they do is either read something out of their “Customer Service” handy note or transfer you to their manager who would basically do the same.

I was trying to file a complaint once and the person refused to give me any resource other than posting stuff on their general webpage, which .. won’t really go anywhere.

It seems that loan Service Manager Mike Reily is mentioned before.

I also had to deal with him this morning and he was very disrespectful and condescending.

He should NEVER be in client service area.

I am afraid that he will purposely give me hard time as the previous person is having the issue in receiving the title.

    I joined Dexsta credit union a few weeks ago. I wish I knew about them before. They have the best CD rates around. I can’t find better rates any where. I am retired so I needed a good fixed rate. There are branches that are better to deal with than others but Kirkwood HWY branch workers for me.

    How would I forecast that a previously unknown third party would need my updated contact Info. Star also informed me that the reason for the “de-activation was that I had made TWO purchases on the same DAY.

    I found out that this third party attempted to contact me and had grossly outdated contact info. How would I forecast that a previously unknown third party would need my updated contact Info.

    This was a great Bank at one time…however never did like personnel – not very customer service orientated these days. My complaint is their IT staff. They need to hire a new company.

    The one they have stinks. Having trouble with their outdated tech. They drop off my password recently every week, now. Guess I will make a move to another credit union soon.

    But never told anyone about the change. Complained they did not care. That was the end of them nickel and diming me. lousy service, parking lousy, teller slow. Not the only game in town,

  8. Ridiculous!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!

    After more than 20 days of waiting for a merchant refund to show up in my account they tell me it just magically happened that Visa had a “Glitch” on the exact same day I happened to return something??

    I seriously doubt that. They owe me almost $1000 dollars and have STILL not put the refund back into my checking account. I called Visa, they say it’s Dexsta . . . Ridiculous!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!
