The Unprofessionalism And DisorganizationHad my first appointment at Dermatology Center and my first impression was not a positive one.
Upon making the appointment ( which was a referral from my primary doctor) the staff was less than friendly over the phone.
I go into office on day of the appointment and the staff was still unfriendly and if fact complaining about another co worker right in front of me.
I get back in the room to treat why I am there and I am told they do not really know why I am here, they have no information on me and no reports from my doctor.
WHAT? They why don’t you call and get them? I call my doctor who ensures me they were sent.
Finally they tell me I need to make an appointment at the surgery center so I call to do so and I am told sorry we do not have any of your information from dermatology and we cannot make an appointment.
I cancelled it all together and am now going to another doctor.
The unprofessionalism and disorganization was more than enough to make me not want to go back.
The front desk staff was warm, friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw was Brendan. He had the bedside manner of a ice cube! He recommended a allergist but in other words he could care less rather you chose to go see him or not. His whole mannerism was you don’t have any money so basically there is nothing I can do for you, Have a good day!
