Wouldn’t bank here if my life depended on it. Not exactly the most ADA compliant. Never in my life have I been to a bank or credit union that doesn’t have deposit slips. I’m sorry, but I don’t exactly trust shouting my account number into a voice box like I’m trying to order a burger.
Customer service is lacking competence and personality. The whole situation is supremely unprofessional.
Today we were sent back someone else’s tube with identification, money and other SSI.
Not that we would have, but how easy would have it been for that to get into the wrong hands and be taken?
I just feel like deposit slips and more professional handling could assist with a lot of these issues.
A little competence goes a long way.
