So I received very unprofessional emails from Dan. I emailed him in regards to requesting better terms for a mortgage and he wrote back “Hi Jessica I can’t .”
No more information just that email. He did not describe why he could not negotiate the terms or any other information.
I sent an email saying that he was not professional and that I will write a negative review about his professionalism, then he wrote me the following email “Jessica if you write me a negative review I will sue you and if you don’t believe me try it.”
I appreciate being concise but in a mortgage broker I would prefer better customer service, explanations, apologies rather than quick short answer email responses.
