The Lack Of Professionalism

At first I found D.L. Evans Bank quite friendly but over the past year or more I’ve repeatedly encountered an odd lack of professionalism from a branch manager and an operations officer.

I sense a petty passive aggressiveness from them with almost every business transaction that I do.

I attempted to address it one time with the Branch Manager, but I think it grinded on her all the more that I would do so.

Boise, you may be growing fast but the small town mentality isn’t leaving fast enough.

    Should be criminal how much they cost us.

    They waited until the day of closing to deny our mortgage. Did everything they asked. They assured us we were great to go. Paid for inspections, repairs, new items for the move. Only to be told a few hours before it was time to sign they wouldn’t lend because of a reason they assured us since day one would not be an issue. Should be criminal how much they cost us.

    I feel like I have a personal banker taking care of my banking needs

    I Love my bank! The employees are always helpful and friendly. Most of them know my name unlike other banks I have known. I feel like I have a personal banker taking care of my banking needs.
