Unprofessional, not a thrusts the service sucks and when you call to make an appoiment the say just walk in,you walk in and they say do you have an appointment I said no you front desk said I didn’t need one so you,re going to be here 2 to 3 hours that what I call UNPROFESIONAL SERVICE …….never enough personal and bad attitude to the max …….NO STAR SHOULD BE THE BEST DESCRIPTION

For physical therapy: 1 therapist may be seeing up to 5 patients an hour. So if you are scheduled at a busy time, be prepared to be on your own or with a PT aide (who is nice but has minimal knowledge and no education in therapy).
If you are lucky and your therapist has nothing else to do, s/he will spend time with you. Therapists are nice and knowledgeable. Do not come here for therapy unless you have no choice.
Horrible place here
After our visit they had told us we didn’t have to pay anything . Then we get A letter stating we are 120 days late , how does that happen ? Then we get A letter saying they will send it to collections ,
then again they send it to collections and we have to pay them screw that . A wait at this place is 2-3 hours . Banner urgent care is better . Horrible place here
