Community Bank of Colorado

One Of The Personal Bankers Is Very Rude

If I could give Community Bank of Colorado a no star I would ! I hate going to the bank and seeing the teller with the mad bulldog face.

If they are not happy there they need to find a different type of job as they are the face of the bank .

One of the personal Bankers is very rude . I had a question and I called to ask and she started yelling over me . All I had was a questions .

I think she was frustrated because she could not get her point across since she does not speak much English .

Either way you can not yell at customers .

  1. Had to take to court to get paid.

This bank does not pay its bills. Better watch out if you are a vendor. Had to take to court to get paid.

  2. I hate to think what they would do with my money.

I hate to even put 1 star up here!! I was yelled at by one of their workers today simply walking through their lot!!!! I would NEVER go to this bank nor recommend it to anyone! I’m simply disgusted with the fact that

    1. They allow their employees to speak so rudely to potential clients and 2. That they filter all of their terrible reviews! Please don’t give them your business. I hate to think what they would do with my money.

  3. Bad Service.

Community Bank of Colorado, what a contradiction in terms! We applied for a small business line of credit of $200,000 and the 3 primary owners, all co-signors, have a net equity of over $2.8 Million, including cash in banks of over $500,000. This line of credit was to purchase inventory prior to the busy season of July – November. The business did show a profit during the past 3 years .

After providing more and more information during a period of 30 days the line of credit loan was denied by their “Underwriting” neanderthal at the 7800 S.Yosemite office! What a farce!! We do not recommend this “Community Bank” to anyone for anything! In fact their brochures and web site advertising is a Total Lie! Stay Away From This Bank. Period. Their Rating should be -0-, ZERO.

  4. I have started changing over to another bank.

I have been with my bank for 13 years. It was Weld County Bank then Bank of Choice then Community Banks of Colorado. You can not find a bank with worse customer service.

They have had a lot of problems with the on line banking and pray you never have to call them. I have spent as long as 90 minutes on hold without ever being able to speak to anyone. I have started changing over to another bank.

  6. Scammer

I didn’t use my account for two months, and they charged me over $115 in overdraft fees and charges just because my account hadn’t been active. 2 months! I had a positive balance, then they charged me $8 for not using my account, then overdraft fees on top of that, even though they ate the ones who overdrew my account! Now they are charging me $5 a day until i pay them back. Going to get a lawyer and do it that way i guess, because they refuse to close my account

  7. Do not do business with them when there are MUCH better options available.

After taking over Peoples Bank – they lost our first autopay to our mortgage company. They claim it is not their fault. We had the autopay for years with no issues, but as soon as Community Banks takes over – we have issues. Poor customer service, poor response, just poor period. Do not do business with them when there are MUCH better options available.

  8. The teller looked embarrased.

Used to be great, recently changed staff. The current Manager yelled at me and talked over me and basically accused me of lying when I went to close my safe deposit boxes. That person has no right to be working in a customer service position. The teller looked embarrased.
