I thought HVAC bad work.

Hugo was rude and extremely disrespectful. When i inquired about cost, he stated that they inflate their price and they are in the business of making money. WOW! news to me. I thought HVAC work was free. Further after stating I need to think about it, he stated he had to do another job and that I needed to hurry with a decision. He also stated that I should have been at the rental complex so I understood what was happening. I told him that I would rather do business with someone or a company that is more respectful to its clients and appreciates their clients. Customer service is the key in this industry. He spoke to me as though I was an uneducated individual who was wasting his time. I informed Amy of the bad service and even though I just flushed down money on a maintenance agreement with this company (never again) I would not refer them to anyone. She was very pleasant but couldn’t offer me any condolences, instead told me that she was shocked by Hugo’s behavior, maybe Hugo isn’t use to people questing price or asking more questions.
Personally, I suggest if you want someone who behaves like a sleazy car salesman that you use this company but I would rather spend more and get better service. I need a company i can trust and who values me as a customer

  1. I will not seek their services in the future.

    I had a very unpleasant experience doing business with them, and I will not seek their services in the future.

    1) They are not upfront with their prices. Hugo estimated my repair would be ~$400 and then he presented me a bill over $800.

    2) Hugo told me he does a 2.5x markup on any hardware, and said I could not supply him with any hardware that I could purchase from nearby stores.

    I had an a/c unit go out over the weekend and I wanted to try someone to resolve the issue outside of the big name companies. He arrived within 45 minutes of my phone call to him.

    He arrived in professional attire with boot covers to protect my carpets and addressed the issue, explained to me the issues, recommended some future maintenance care to the system to prevent future problems and most importantly resolved the issue.

    He was professional, kind and well equipped with knowledge about my unit. I will be calling Comfortable Air Services to setup preventive maintenance and for any future problems that may arise. Thank you Mr. Pineda!

    Hugo and his team were great to work with. New HVAC unit was installed on time. All questions were answered professionally and customer service was excellent!!
