Hugo was rude and extremely disrespectful. When i inquired about cost, he stated that they inflate their price and they are in the business of making money. WOW! news to me. I thought HVAC work was free. Further after stating I need to think about it, he stated he had to do another job and that I needed to hurry with a decision. He also stated that I should have been at the rental complex so I understood what was happening. I told him that I would rather do business with someone or a company that is more respectful to its clients and appreciates their clients. Customer service is the key in this industry. He spoke to me as though I was an uneducated individual who was wasting his time. I informed Amy of the bad service and even though I just flushed down money on a maintenance agreement with this company (never again) I would not refer them to anyone. She was very pleasant but couldn’t offer me any condolences, instead told me that she was shocked by Hugo’s behavior, maybe Hugo isn’t use to people questing price or asking more questions. Personally, I suggest if you want someone who behaves like a sleazy car salesman that you use this company but I would rather spend more and get better service. I need a company i can trust and who values me as a customer
