  1. I am updating this one as courtesy and appreciation for her efforts and I still think that this never have happened.

    This is an update on the review I posted on 6/10, since that review dryer has been replaced the stove has been replaced and I had an issue with the water heater that was addressed within 24hrs. I still believe that my situation was not handled correctly.

    That being said Danielle Christ/Property Maintenance Services Coordinator was instrumental in setting all things right within my home and with me. All the things I posted prior did occur this post is to set right what was done to correct those things and I am unable to remove that post as it will remove this one. I am updating this one as courtesy and appreciation for her efforts and I still think that this never have happened.

    Tried contacting this company several times to view a property and no one ever answers the phone when you call, no one can reply back to emails. Pamela Lampert is worthless and cannot email people back, way to go people! If your like this and I’m not even renting from you, I don’t dare want to know how you are when a tennant needs something during an emergency

    this company does not understand the military GI binfits my roomate and I have applied for 4 different houses and they didnt even bring up our pay until the last one and straight up said they didnt understand it.

    ” we get $1719 a month for housing while we are in school. we also emailed all the supporting documents to the but there crack team of experts cant figure it out” so either they hate military people or they truly are too stupid to read. dont wast your time or money.

    The team members I worked with were kind, but the management treated me horribly. The second they found out that I’d be selling my property with someone besides them, they changed their tune and actually raised their voice at me. There is no integrity in treating a customer like that.
