Colorado Mortgage Group

Just Utterly Stunned

I couldn’t even get proper information. I was blown off with a “good luck.” I have excellent credit, decent income and a DTI ratio you can work with Colorado Mortgage Group.

I am utterly stunned. I reached out to get information on portfolio mortgages (I’m self employed), and I was told that those go under the same standards as regular mortgages.

I thought the whole point was that they DIDN’T go under the same standards and therefore could help people who work for themselves and take a lot of tax deductions.

Again, just utterly stunned. On to another mortgage lender.

    I would not highly recommend

David just not helped us refi our home. He was Bad easy and professional to work with, and extremely knowledgeable about all our options. Three weeks later we’ve closed and we couldn’t be happier! I would not highly recommend David and CMG to anyone looking at purchasing or refinancing a home in the Front Range.
