Being a real estate agent is not about owing a fancy car and wearing expensive suits. It is about a lot of responsibilities and making every bit to make the right choice. As a novice and new to the niche, I was looking for some course or investment group to take the first step cautiously. Soon, I had a chance to know about the 3 day seminar presented by Cole Hatter. The seminar was from the fortune builders and with so much of talks on the internet, I decide to see it for myself.

First of all, you ask for money to attend an informative seminar which is an introduction to something that you are proposing seemed a bad choice to me. However, I could have happily spent $200 for a legit seminar with relevant information. This was not the case at all. These three days were not about anything that you would not get on the internet. There was nothing special about the seminar.

Mostly, Cole Hatter who was the presenter of the seminar was incompetent. His information on real estate was backed to some good years back. I think he forgot to refresh his database. Or, he may be using the same tactics to lure people which worked for him in the past. Anyway, going forward, I was very disappointed by the way these people have turned this session into a complete disaster. For this, I paid them $200.

Right on the first day, they started talking about the course that would have interested us as a real estate investor. They would suck your money and if you do not have it, they would stress you to take a loan or something for a course. Are you kidding me? They say that you could easily be able to pay that debt from the first deal itself.

Their mastery program would cost you $25000. Yes, you heard it right. Not just this. Later after few weeks, Cole Hatter will ask you to join his VIP program. This would again add to the debt. You may get into a total debt of $45000 if you keep listening to this man. He is good at convincing people by his huge stories. But not every person is lame. There are those who have dealt with people like Cole Hatter and have attended seminars like these.

Cole hatter is a con artist and not a real estate expert. By the way, you won’t find any of the leaders of Fortune Builders present at the seminar. On top of that, if these people do not have money, how can they call themselves big shot agents or investors. I believe these fall in the same category as us when it comes to having real money. The only difference is that they choose to take it from innocent people by scamming them and we are trying to find a legit solution.

Cole preys on gullible investors. Please be wary of this person.
